Culinary Experience

Join the Rotaract Club of Muskoka and local celebrity chef, Charmaine Broughton, for a delicious combination of community, connection and culinary experiences in support of Muskoka's Women's Shelters and Services.

Each ticket includes a welcome drink, four course meal, and a spring take home gift bag. 100% of all proceeds will go directly to Muskoka Women's Shelters and Services.

Event will take place Sunday May 28th 2023 from 3:30 - 6:00 pm upstairs at Steven's Your Independent Grocer in the culinary kitchen room.

Welcome Appetizers

• Caramel covered brie
• Sweet pea pesto dip with crudités and flatbreads

Main

• Almond crusted salmon with herb yogurt dip
• Sweet potato mash with caramelized onion
• Fennel, apple & Ontario asparagus slaw with cider vinaigrette

Dessert

• Vanilla bean cheesecake with gingersnap crust and cointreau soaked Ontario strawberries
